Celebrating New Year's Eve in a historic building was exciting. The decoration and ambiance were outstanding. The staff was helpful and welcoming. the breakfast was delicious, and the surrounding nature was peaceful and natural.
The lack of public transportation nearby was inconvenient, and we had to walk a significant distance with luggage to arrive there. The bathrooms were outdated.

Staying in a castle is a unique experience that transports you to another era. The beautiful surroundings of the castle include a canal with swans, lush greenery and storks nesting outside. The service is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is great. The rooms are spacious and full of personality, with nice beds and fantastic views. The castle boasts old furnishings and fireplaces in the salons that add to the charm.
The castle entry requires a mobile phone to activate the boom gate, which may pose an issue for some guests looking to disconnect from technology.

Spent Easter in a beautiful castle in the countryside. The rooms were quite comfortable and gave us a fun opportunity to feel like royalty. We could see breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and the location was very tranquil. The staff were very kind and accommodating and made us feel welcome. The castle grounds were well-maintained and provided plenty of space for outdoor activities. Breakfast was great and we really enjoyed exploring the nearby area.
A few inconveniences. The location was quite remote, and it took us a while to get anywhere.
